  Web 52 – Maintenance – Resolved

  Web 52 will be offline for the next 30 min to 1 hour. We are replacing the primary disk drive. This will take a bit longer than normal because of the need to copy the contents to the secondary drive first.

  WVZ5 – Virtuozzo Down – Resolved

  The virtuozzo service failed to start on wvz5 node. The WVZ5 node is unable to initiate iSCSI connection to mount the Virtuozzo partition.   Web52 Down – Resolved

  Web52 is down due to a primary drive failure. We were able to boot to a secondary drive, but the server is currently running fsck. There should be minimal data loss if any.  ETA is 2 hours.

  VPS WVZ4 Node Down – Resolved

  Virtuozzo will not start on hardware node wvz4, all VPS servers on that node are down. We’re currently working on this problem, however ETA is unknown.

  IIS1001 and IIS1002cf trouble – Resolved

  CP10 is not able to get web resource details from iis1001, iis1002cf servers. No changes made on these Windows Servers are going through.

  IIS319 Down – Resolved

  The IIS319 server was unresponsive.  In order to restore services we rebooted the server and now it is performing a file system check.  We will keep you updated as we learn more.  Thank you all very much for your patience.

  VPS Network Problems – Resolved

  We are currently experiencing issues with subnets assigned to VPS accounts.  Our senior administration department has been notified and we are currently investigating the issue.  Unfortunately, at this time there is no ETA.
