  • web151 – Resolved

    web151 has a bad drive. We have set the backup drive as the primary and will be running rsync to it so we have all current data in place. We are shutting down all services on web151 while this process is going on. All services will be down.

  • CP – Maintenance – Resolved

    CP (or cp1) is undergoing maintenance at the moment.  As of right now a new drive has been installed and the server is going through startup routines before fully initializing.

  • DDOS Attack – Resolved

    We are currently under a DDOS attack. This is causing a lot of slowness on our end, including web and email servers, and phone support.   • CP1 Emergency Maintenance – Resolved

    The chassis on cp1 is showing a drive failure.  Our Systeam Administrators have said that even though it looks like it is still functional that they are going to take the server offline temporarily to perform a drive replacement just to be sure.

  • Local (non toll free) number down. – Resolved

    Currently, the number (614) 534-1960  is down, and cannot be used to reach us. Our 800-385-0450 number is still working.   • CP9 – Down – Resolved

    We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with CP9.  We are currently looking into the issue, however, we have no specific details at the moment and will update as soon as more relevant data can be obtained.

  • iis310 Down – RESOLVED

    ISSUE IS RESOLVED iis310 is down with a hardware issue at the moment. Our admins are currently investigating the issue, but until it is fixed, all domains and FTP services will be unavailable.

  • VPS Issues – RESOLVED

    The issue is resolved. At the moment, all of our VPS servers are experiencing a packet loss. As such, they are all down or slow. The current ETA is two to three hours.

  • SiteStudio on CP10 – Resolved

    Currently when a customer on Control Panel 10 (CP10) attempting to launch and access the SiteStudio application it will result in a blank page.  Our System Administrators are aware of this issue and currently working with out SiteStudio representative to fix this issue.

  • VPS Issues – Resolved

    Our VPS servers are experiencing a packet loss at the moment. As such, the VPS servers are either inaccessible or slow.

  • Network Maintenance – Complete

    Moving circuit from one router to another and upgrading it’s capacity from 2.44G (OC48) to 10G. This will increase our total bandwidth and create router redundancy. During the maintenance window, no customers should be affected.
