We are currently experiencing some intermittent connection issues with our new hardware located on CP9 & CP10. Our representatives are resolving these individual issues as they arise. Most of these connection issues are being resolved in a timely manner while the new hardware adjusts to the server load.
During server blade maintenance on Control panel 9 & 10. The blades for CP7 were removed and replaced as well. This has caused an unknown operating system error when trying to access the control panel. The system that handles the processing of email replies for the HelpDesk will be undergoing maintenance. The majority of HelpDesk functions will remain uninterrupted, but customers who respond to HelpDesk tickets via email reply will see a delay on those updates being posted to their tickets. Several IP address ranges worldwide (specifically throughout Asia and Australia) were blocked as a part of the denial of service attack that started early this morning. Customers within these ranges will not be able to access their websites. Our systems administration team is working to determine which IPs are “safe” and which IPs are perpetrating [...]
Mail18 is suffering hardware issues. We have let the raid rebuild to 25% it has now been rebooted and is running fsck. When that completes we will have the server back online.
Customers are experiencing intermittent slowness, poor connectivity, unresolved name servers, and FTP denial. This is caused by a DDoS attack. (Denial of Service) Our system administration department is blocking the offending IP addresses now. This attack is very large. After several attempts to isolate the source we had to temporarily block a large IP range [...]
