We have detected an error with one of the drives on server iis309 and are now performing a RAID rebuild. This rebuild process is underway. Until this has been resolved users on iis309 who are using PHP v.5 will experience significant slowness. Other pages that run php4, asp, aspx and html may also run slowly.
All VPS containers on Windows based hardware nodes are unavailable in order to apply Virtuozzo and Operating System Updates.
VPS servers lvz4, lvz6, lvz7, lvz8, wvz4, and wvz5 will be taken down during a 2 hour window starting at 10:00 PM EDT for RAM upgrades.
All containers on the Linux based hardware nodes will be brought down individually for planned maintenance for the purpose of updating the Linux kernel to improve the hardware node performance. For clarity, one node is updated at a time.
WVZ2 has become unresponsive and is in the process of rebooting. A memory dump is being processed in order to investigate the cause of this issue.
Control Panel 3 (cp3) is currently down. The server that handles cp3 had to be rebooted. Once it started back up it underwent a File System Check. This issue only affects managing through the Control Panel and all web, database, and mail servers are up.
Mysql504 server will be offline for hard drive replacement. Another drive has failed in mysql504 after replacing the first one and powering back up. We will have it up shortly. 5:14PM EST – All databases have been restored. All sites should now be functional with the exception of some users reporting encoding issues with data. [...]
Customers on iis523 are currently experiencing some performance problems with their sites. Our systems administration team is currently identifying abusers of the web server to remedy the problem.
