  mail510 Down – Resolved

  mail 510 has been experiencing disk errors.  As a result, the server is currently running a file system check.

  cp9/cp10 Issues – Resolved

  Switching issues are causing cp9 webservers, mail servers, database servers and cp10 webservers to be unreachable.  Our system administrators are currently investigating these issues.

  VPS wvz2 Node Emergency Maintenance – Resolved

  Our Windows Administrators have determined that the frequent node reboots on Windows Virtuozzo Node 2 are related to file system errors on a number of containers.  To fix this, all containers on the node will be systematically rebooted and the file system checked.

  web51 Down – Resolved

  There was a hardware failure on this server.  The chassis has been replaced, but upon reboot the OS forced an FSCK.  The server will be operational upon completion of the file check.

  DNS issues CP7, CP8, CP9, CP10 – Resolved

  Were are currently experiencing a DDoS attack against our name servers on control panels 8, 9, and 10. Our network administration team is doing their best to make sure that the customers do not experience any downtime. The DNS may be affected due to this denial of service attack.
