  iis5 down – Resolved

  The iis5 server experienced an error that required a reboot.  During boot, the OS detected file inconsistencies and required a file system check. All customers with domains hosted on iis5.

  mail311 down – Resolved

  The mail311 server just suffered a RAID array fault due to simultaneous failure of multiple drives.  Our System Administrators are currently working to recreate the server. I have confirmed with our System Administrators that a hot spare was present to handle a single drive failure, but in this case the spare did not sync up [...]

  Phone Support down – Resolved

  Our telephony system is experiencing issues. We have dropped calls and are unable to receive calls at the moment. It rings a fast busy then drops the call with multiple carriers. We are still able to support customers via chat, ticket, and email during this brief downtime.

  web929 Shared IP Down – Resolved

  The shared IP address for web929 is currently under a Denial of Service attack.  Because of this we had to block the shared IP because it was overloading the server.  We will continue to monitor and unblock once the attack has ceased.

  web1013 Down – Resolved

  web1013 is currently undergoing a File System Check (FSCK).  The server forced the FSCK after a reboot.
