  • Mail60 – High Queue – Resolved

    Mail server number 60 is currently experiencing a very large email queue. Over 100,000 messages are being delayed on this mail server. Our system administration team is currently assisting the server in the process of this very large queue. ETA – 2 hours

  • mail915 Urgent Maintenance – Resolved

    Mail915 is currently undergoing a File System Check.  We are performing this maintenance due to file system errors on the server.

  • iis520 down – Resolved

    During the application of Windows Updates, the server needed to be rebooted.  On reboot the Operating System discovered File System errors and forced an fscheck.

  • iis501 Hardware failure – Resolved

    The iis501 server suffered a hardware failure during routine Windows Updates reboot.  Our Systems Administrators are replacing the chassis. I have a received additional info:  Both network cards failed.

  • IIS501 – Emergency Maintenance – Complete

    IIS501 is currently down due to a hardware problem.  System Administration staff is actively working on replacing faulty hardware.

  • lvz2 Urgent Maintenance – Completed

    Linux VPS Node 2 has been rebooted after urgent maintenance.  Containers are being brought back up now.

  • lvz5-7 urgent maintenance – Complete

    VPS Hardware nodes lvz5, lvz6, and lvz7 suffered an iSCSI error that forced the main partitions to be remounted in read-only mode.  The only fix for this is to reboot the whole node.

  • LVZ6 Urgent Maintenance – Resolved

    The LVZ6 VPS node is being taken offline for a reboot. The server partition is in read only status. This can only be fixed with a server reboot. Each VPS account will be taken down 1 by 1. After this is shut down, the entire container will be rebooted.

  • VPS Emergency Maintenance – Resolved

    We have detected an issue with VPS accounts and our admins are launching an urgent investigation into the issue.  We will be updating this blog as new information rolls in.  At the moment we are still in the process of determining the root cause and resolving it.   • web1030 – Denial of Service Attack

    Our System Admins have detected a DDoS attack against the web1030 server, as well as the associated shared IP address.  We are currently working on both short-term and long-term solutions to resolve this issue.  Until this attack is resolved websites using the shared IP address will be down.

  • VPS hardware node lvz5 planned maintenance – Resolved

    Our VPS administrators have identified a large number of file system errors on the Linux Virtuozzo Node 5.  To resolve this, the entire node need to be taken offline, rebooted and an fsck run. Maintenance is schedule to begin at 01:00EST (UTC-5).

  • LVZ7 – Urgent Maintenance – Resolved

    An urgent file system check is needed. All VPS containers on the server are available, but customers (and all programs) are unable to write data to the server. We are copying a backup to another server, then LVZ7 will be rebooted and file system check will run.

  • web304 – File Systems Check – Complete

    web404 is currently undergoing a file systems check, which locates and fixes any inconsistencies within the file system.

  • VPS node lvz8 down for urgent maintenance – Resolved

    Our VPS administrators have identified a large number of file system errors on the Linux Virtuozzo Node 8.  To resolve this, the entire node need to be taken offline, rebooted and an fsck run.
