    The shared IP on web165 is under DDoS.  Our administrators have blocked this IP.

    The shared IP on web1104 is under DDoS.  Our administrators have blocked this IP.

  • Linux VPS Urgent Maintenance – Completed

    All Linux VPS Nodes will be taken offline to apply critical updates, then brought back online.  Our VPS Administrators will be working on 1 node at a time and processing each node over the next few hours.

  • NS3 Configuration Change – Completed

    Our administrators are making a change to the NS3 nameserver which is the primary nameserver for CP2 around 6 PM EST. This change will take up to 24 hours to propagate as the IP address of the server will change. We do not expect customers to experience any downtime. This notice is purely informational.

  • NS4 Configuration Change – Resolved

    Our administrators are making a change to the NS4 nameserver which is the secondary nameserver for CP2 around 10 AM EST. This change will take up to 24 hours to propagate as the IP address of the server will change. We do not expect customers to experience any downtime. This notice is purely informational.

    The shared IP on web932 is under DDoS.  Our administrators have blocked this IP.

  • mail407 rejecting authentication – Resolved

    The mail server is experiencing RAID errors that are causing authentication to fail.

  • Phone Outage – Resolved

    We are currently experiencing phone outages.  Our phone server is not connecting to the customer relations department.  Our server is currently running a file system check.

    Web408 had to be restarted and is currently running through a File System Check (FSCK).

    Our Mail301 server is currently experiencing a high queue of messages at this time. This is causing issues when sending and receiving mail from the server. We are currently optimizing the server processes and allocating sufficient resources to catch up on the building mail queue.

    The operating system detected errors within the file system and forced a reboot in order to initiate an fschk (file system check).
