  iis501 – maintenance – completed

  Our system administrators detected an issue with iis501. The server had to be restarted and is now doing a mandatory filesystem check (FSCK). During this time the web server will be unavailable, meaning that websites hosted on the server will be unavailable as well.

  mysql1101 emergency maintenance – Resolved

  mysql1101 is currently experiencing issues with crashed InnoDB databases. Unfortunately, this is preventing the mysql service from regular operation. Our system administration team has taken the server offline temporarily to resolve these issues.

  iis1016 server down – Resolved

  Our iis1016 server has been experiencing a DDoS attack for the last 45 minutes. This should be resolved shortly. Our system administration team is identifying the source and target domains. We apologize for the delays, this will be resolved very soon.

  iis1014 down – Resolved

  A file system error was discovered on the iis1014 server.  A file system check is currently being run on the server to resolve the detected errors.

  Mail45 down – Resolved

  At approximately 17:45 today, the mail45 server suffered a RAID failure. Our Systems Administrators are working to rebuild the server.  Email addresses and passwords will be restored from the server configuration backup.  Mail content itself, however, is not backed up due to the sheer volume processed each second.   VPS – WVZ1 File System Maintenance – Resolved

  Our Systems Administration staff have detected an ongoing issue with the File System on WVZ1.  In order to resolve this issue they will be taking each container down in sequence to perform maintenance.  Each container should be down for approximately 15 – 30 minutes.
