iis313 – Urgent Maintenance – Completed
The iis313 server experienced some issues during a routine restart. We are running file system check to ensure data integrity. Inconsistencies were identified when restarting the server for performance issues.

iis1008 – Shared IP down – Resolved
The shared IP on our iis1008 server has been blocked due to a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack. To check your IP address: Login to your account and click manage on your control panel. Click the domains icon. If a shared IP address is utilized, it will be displayed in the list.

Inbound Phones Experiencing Connection Issues – Resolved
We have received reports that customers calling IX on our main line: 800-385-0450 are able to connect by phone.
