    Starting around 10PM EST on Monday, February 20th we will be performing minor maintenance on all CP9 mail and database servers.  This maintenance window is expected to last until 7am EST on Tuesday, February 21st.   • Problem updating Credit Card information – Resolved

    We are currently unable to process credit card charges, or update billing information. Customers will receive an error on trying to do either. Any changes attempted will not be saved.

    Our system administrators found irregular traffic on the our web1004 server related to our shared ip: 173.83.98.2. We’ve added a an hour filter to insure a healthy environment for the remainder of our clientele residing on web1004. Issue appears to have resurfaced as of 06:45am.  We’ve added a 4 hour filter.

  • CP9 Webserver Maintenance – Completed

    Starting around 10PM EST on Friday, February 10th we will be performing minor maintenance on all CP9 webservers.  This maintenance window is expected to last until 7am EST on Saturday, February 11th.     We are currently experiencing some issues with our Cloud Services.  We are noticing slow response times across a variety of services.  Our systems administration is already aware of the issue and working on it.
