  • MySQL7 Emergency Maintenance – Resolved

    MySQL7 was generating errors. In order to resolve this and hopefully stop future problems, the system administration has taken the server offline. Currently the server is running a RAID rebuild. As of now, we do not believe that these errors have caused data loss.

  • mail403 IMAP service maintenance – Resolved

    Our backup has been completed, we’ve replaced a RAID drive, and are now working to rebuild RAID. ETA 24 hours

  • mail312-IMAP maintenance – Resolved

    Mail server 312 is working. However there may be periods of slowness due to maintenance on the server.

  • DNS Name servers not resolving – Resolved

    Our DNS information for our main site is not resolving. This is causing DNS queries to fail for all domains on our super DNS servers. This is a known issue. Our system administration team is working to resolve issue.

  • iis413- FTP sub-accounts down- Resolved

    iis413 is not allowing FTP sub-accounts to connect correctly to the server. When logging in with a sub-account it will connect but no files and folders will be shown. Main FTP accounts are working properly.

  • web1430 – shared ip: 50.118.16.2 – filtered- Resolved

    We’re seen some irregular traffic incoming on this IP address. We are filtering requests to it for 4 hours.

  • Mail302 – Slow – Resolved

    Mail302 had a drive replaced, and is currently rebuilding the RAID. The server is active and up, however will likely run very slowly until this completes.

  • web1116 – Shared IP down – Resolved

    We’re seeing significant, irregular traffic specific to this IP – 72.41.86.2. We have placed a filter for 7 hours and will then check to see if traffic has been resolved.

  • Paypal System Maintenance – Resolved

    Paypal is currently undergoing system maintenance as of April 19th 10PM PDT. All new orders and renewals are currently failing because of this. We are waiting on Paypal to confirm when we can expect a resolution to this issue.   • iis316 – Shared IP down – Resolved

    We’re seeing significant, irregular traffic specific to this IP – 98.131.74.1. We have placed a filter for 4 hours and will then check to see if traffic has been resolved.

  • iis413 Migration – Resolved

    iis413 is having issues with its RAID card and our system admin team is moving all domains located on it to different servers.

  • VPS – Linux Maintenance- Resolved

    Our System Administrators are applying a security patch to all Linux Parallels Plesk Panels versions up to 10.3.1. This maintenance has an estimated downtime of only 10-15 minutes per container. During this time you may notice some slowness or downtime.

  • Inbound Phones Experiencing Connection Issues – Resolved

    We have received reports that customers calling IX on our phone lines are not able to connect.  At this point we are aware of the problem and we are taking the appropriate steps to investigate and resolve.  Please note our livechat and ticket systems are still functioning.

    We’re seeing significant, irregular traffic specific to this IP – 76.162.172.2. We have placed a filter for 4 hours and will then check to see if traffic has been resolved.

    We’re seeing significant, irregular traffic specific to this IP – 50.118.84.2. We have placed a filter for 4 hours and will then check to see if traffic has been resolved.
