    We’ve experienced some high traffic related to the shared IP: 50.6.22.2 so filtered incoming traffic for 4 hours.

  • IIS1005 Emergency Maintenance- Resolved

    iis1005 has been taken down due to file system errors it was reporting. It is currently undergoing FSCK to determine what the cause of the problem is. Once we have more information, we’ll update this post.

  • 1-800 Customer service line currently down – Resolved

    Due to Hurricane Sandy, our customer service 800 number is currently down. We’re working with our provider to get our lines back up as soon as possible. Ticket and live chat support is still available and phone support can be reached at +1-614-534-1961

  • Maintenance for iis (Windows) servers on CP6 and CP7 – Resolved

    We are performing updates to our iis servers on CP6 and CP7.  After the update, each server will be rebooted.  Resulting in down time of approximately 15 minutes per server.

  • web1422 – Shared IP 50.118.48.2 – Filtered- Resolved

    Due to irregular traffic to the shared IP listed above, we have filtered the IP address. We’ll recheck traffic at that time and determine if the filter needs to be continued.

    We’re seeing significant inbound traffic to this shared IP address so have placed a filter for 2 hours.

    At this time we are experiencing internal networking issues, which is affecting a large amount of our customers. Email, web, ftp services, ect are not accessible. We are working as fast as we can and will update you with more information as soon as it is available.

    Due to irregular traffic to the shared IP listed above, we’ve placed a filter. We’ll recheck traffic at that time and determine if the filter needs to be continued.

    We’re seeing significant, irregular traffic specific to this IP – 72.41.86.2. We have placed a filter on the IP and will then check to see if traffic has been resolved.

    There have been several reports of slowness due to router congestion outside of our network. Our system administrators are still thoroughly working to try to provide a resolution.   • iis526 File System Check – Resolved

    After a Windows update our system administrators detected an issue with iis526. The server is being restarted and is now doing a mandatory filesystem check (FSCK). During this time the web server will be unavailable, meaning that websites hosted on the server will be unavailable as well.
