    We’re experiencing irregular traffic on our shared ip listed above. We’ve instated a 240 minute filter and will recheck incoming traffic at that time.

  • 614 customer service line currently down – Resolved

    Our customer service 614 number is currently down. We’re working with our provider to get our lines back up as soon as possible. Ticket and live chat support is still available and phone support can be reached at 1-800-385-0450.

  • web307 File System Check – Resolved

    Our system administrators have detected an issue with web307. The server is being restarted and is now doing a mandatory filesystem check (FSCK). During this time the web server will be unavailable, meaning that websites hosted on the server will be unavailable as well.

  • Global Mail Issues – Resolved

    Currently our customers are having issues sending and receiving email outside our network. We are looking into it directly and will have more information shortly.

  • iis1006 File System Check – Resolved

    After a Windows update our system administrators detected an issue with iis1006. The server is being restarted and is now doing a mandatory filesystem check (FSCK). During this time the web server will be unavailable, meaning that websites hosted on the server will be unavailable as well.

  • web508 – hardware maintenance – Resolved

    web508 has been taken off line for hardware maintenance.  This maintenance should be completed in 20 – 30 minutes.

  • web508- down- resolved

    Web508 is currently down and not functioning at this time. We are working diligently to find the cause of this issue and will update you as soon as we have more information.

  • CP 8 and CP 10 Windows servers ASP.net and PHP control panel issue – Resolved

    Our windows control panels 8 and 10 are having difficulties switching the versions of php and asp.net being used.     We’re experiencing irregular traffic on our shared ip listed above. We’ve instated a 4 hour filter and will recheck incoming traffic at that time.

  • web1434 – shared IP: 76.162.105.2 – filtered – resolved

    We’re seeing irregular traffic on one of our shared IPs on web1434. We’ve filtered for 4 hours and will re-evaluate traffic at that time.

  • web1430 shared IP: 50.118.16.2 – filtered – resolved

    We are experiencing some unusually high traffic to the shared IP: 50.118.16.2.  Our system administrators are currently filtering incoming traffic to this IP for 80 minutes.

  • 800 and 614 Numbers Are Down – Resolved

    Our phone lines have gone down due to the daylights saving rollback. We are currently working on resolving the problem. Currently there is no given ETA but the blog will be updated every hour. We appreciate your patience.
