    This server has gone down due to a file systems check. There was a file systems error which caused this issue.

  • SmartHost Email Delay- Resolved

    Our smarthost mail server has received a large increase in spam email from outside sources. We are filtering through the emails but customers using our mail servers may see a delay in email delivery.

  • MySQL509 – Emergency maintenance – Resolved

    Our systems administrators have identified a bad drive in the RAID for MYSQL509. The server is currently under a raid rebuild before they need to replace the drive. During this process the server will be slow at times. We will keep you updated on the status as often as possible.

  • Control Panel- Intermittent Availability- Resolved

    We are currently experiencing issues with our control panel login. You currently may not be able to login to my.ixwebhosting.com or manage.ixwebhosting.com.   • web1109 – File System Check – Resolved

    Our system administrators have detected an issue with web1109. The server is being restarted and is now doing a mandatory filesystem check (FSCK). During this time the web server will be unavailable, meaning that websites hosted on the server will be unavailable as well.
