  • iis517 – RAID Rebuild – Resolved

    Our systems administrators have identified a bad drive in the RAID for IIS517.  The server is currently under a raid rebuild. We will keep you updated on the status as often as possible.

  • mail1107- down- Resolved

    Mail1107 is currently running a FSCK. Mail service will be down during that time and mail being sent to that server is being queued to be delivered once the server is back online.

  • CP 11 Down for Emergency Maintenance- Resolved

    Control Panel 11 has gone down due to a blade error. No other information is available.

  • SmartHost Email Delay – Resolved

    Our smarthost mail server has received a large increase in spam email from outside sources. We are filtering through the emails but customers using our mail servers may see a delay in email delivery.

  • web1111 shared ip 72.41.18.2 – filtered- Resolved

    Due to irregular traffic to the shared IP listed above, we’ve placed a 12 hours filter. We’ll recheck traffic at that time and determine if the filter needs to be continued.

  • VPS hardware node wvz11 – Emergency Maintenance – Completed

    Our VPS administrators have found a number of containers on this hardware node to be in a locked status. The entire hardware node must be restarted to ensure no additional containers enter a locked state and to unlock the frozen containers.

  • IIS1001 – PHP Slow – Resolved

    PHP on IIS1001 is running slowly. Our system administrators are currently investigating this issue.

  • MAIL308 Down for Maintenance- Resolved

    This server has gone down due to a file systems error check. UPDATES BELOW

  • IIS406- Raid Rebuild – Resolved

    Our systems administrators have identified a bad drive in the RAID for IIS406.  The server is currently under a raid rebuild. We will keep you updated on the status as often as possible.

  • IIS1001- Raid Rebuild – Resolved

    Our systems administrators have identified a bad drive in the RAID for IIS1001.  The server is currently under a raid rebuild before they need to replace the drive. We will keep you updated on the status as often as possible.

  • Manage Control Panel Issues – Resolved

    Several customers are having issues logging into the manage control panel (https://manage.ixwebhosting.com) as well as having problems changing settings within the manage control panel. We are aware of the issue and are investigating it. We’ll provide more updates as they come along.

    We are experiencing irregular traffic on this shared IP. Our system administrators have initiated an IP filter.  We will recheck incoming traffic when the filter expires.

  • web1409 – shared IP: 50.118.112.2 Filtered- Resolved

    We are experiencing irregular traffic on our shared ip 50.118.112.2 for web1409. We have initiated an IP filter for 2 hours and will recheck incoming traffic at that time.
