    Our systems administrators will be performing network maintenance Thursday March 19th, from 4AM to 4:15AM EDT. Due to redundancy of our routers, no downtime or degradation of services will be expected.

  • Scheduled Maintenance – Cloud by IX Management Servers – Resolved

    On Thursday March 19th at 6AM EDT, our Cloud administrators will be performing maintenance to increase the available RAM and CPU cores available to both of our Cloud by IX (CloudStack) management servers.  This will provide several improvements including faster response to CloudIX changes from MCP and faster usage reporting.

    Starting midnight March 18th, 2015 at 12am until 4am EST, we will perform maintenance at one of our support centers .  Phone support will remain available  through the maintenance but wait times may be longer than usual.  If you have trouble reaching our support numbers during this time frame, support is also available via our Live Chat and HelpDesk ticketing channels.
