    Our administrators are performing emergency maintenance on Mail312.  Due to failing hardware on the machine, our administrators are migrating this to a virtual machine. We will provide updates as we receive them.

    Our VPS administrators have identified an issue with this server, and an immediate reboot is needed to resolve it.

  • Network Maintenance – Resolved

    Our administrators will be performing maintenance on our network to expand its capacity May 15th, 2015 at 12 AM EST. This  maintenance will take about 2 hours to complete. There is no expected downtime or interference in customer services. All servers will remain online during maintenance and will not be require to reboot afterwards.

  • Web307 – Urgent Maintenance – Resolved

    Our administrators are performing emergency maintenance on our Web307  server.  We are working to get this back up and running as soon as possible.

  • DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack – Resolved

    We are currently experiencing a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack against our services. Our system administration team is working to identify the source IPs and block this attack. This has not  affected any customers websites or services. We will update this status blog post as we get additional information from our systems administrators.

  • Scheduled Maintenance – Management Control Panel – Resolved

    On Tuesday May 12th at 7:00 AM EDT, Our administrators will be performing maintenance to solve performance issues with our Management Control Panel. This will provide several improvements including faster responses and faster usage reporting. There are database changes but we do not expect them to affect the systems’ overall performance.

  • pgsqlcp8 Emergency Maintenance – Resolved

    Pgsqlcp8 is going down for emergency maintenance. Our administrators are working out issues with the Raid on the server. Update:  Our administrators are moving this server to a new environment for better performance after Raid failed to rebuild.
