  • Mail503 – Down – Resolved

    We are currently experiencing issues with Mail503 at this time. The server is having problems with the network adapter. It is not expected for any email to be lost during this outage.

  • iis1001 – Scheduled Maintenance – RESOLVED

    We will be performing a File System check on the iis1001 server on Saturday the 29th of October at 1 AM EST.

  • iis304 – Urgent Maintenance – Resolved

    Our administrators have detected an issue with this server and have taken it down for urgent maintenance. At this time services may be slow or unavailable and further information will be provided once available.

  • Web312 Webshell and FTP – Down – Resolved

    Webshell and FTP services on web312 are inaccessible due to a Distributed Denial of Service attack.   The IP address being targeted has been filtered.

  • Reboot IIS1001 – Resolved

    IIS1001 is experiencing a slower than response time, the server is being restarted. ETA 15 mins.

  • IIS1003 – FSCK (File System Check) – Resolved

    After reboot the IIS1003 shared server is running FSCK  (File System Consistency Check).    While the server is running this check websites will be inaccessible.

  • Web1026 – FSCK (File System Check) – RESOLVED

    After reboot the web1026 shared server is running FSCK  (File System Consistency Check).    While the server is running this check websites will be inaccessible.

  • Web312 Webshell and FTP – Down – Resolved

    Webshell and FTP services on web312 are inaccessible due to a Distributed Denial of Service attack.   The ip address being targeted has been filtered.

  • Live Chat – Intermittent Issues – Resolved

    Our chat provider is experiencing intermittent issues due to a large scale DDoS attack on a major internet DNS host. This is external to our service and may result in disconnection of your chat session. Phone and ticket support remain unaffected.

  • Mail Server Emergency Maintenance – Resolved

    At this moment all mail servers under CP9-11 are under planned maintenance. Due to intermittent server load spikes that may be caused by this maintenance, users may experience problems with their mailboxes access.

  • Web421 is being rebooted-Resolved

    Web421 server was found in a hung state. We are in the process of rebooting it and it will be up in about 25 minutes.

  • WEB1026-Down – RESOLVED

    Server became stuck during the moving between blades. The VM has been rebooted. Currently running FSCK. WEB1026 is unavailable for customers.  FSCK was started automatically without status bar and should be finished within 1 hour.

  • web505 – down – Resolved

    After reboot the web505 shared server is running FSCK  (File System Consistency Check).    While the server is running this check websites will be inaccessible.

  • Shared Server Scheduled Maintenance – Complete

    System Administrators will begin a series of stability improvements across the Shared server environment starting Monday, October 17th at 2:00AM EDT.  The improvements are designed to make the environment more stable during controller failover to prevent multiple servers failing over to read-only status leading to faster recovery from such issues.
