  • VDC Environment – storage connection issues- Resolved

    We are currently experiencing storage connectivity issues with our VDC environment that is causing some Linux VMs to move to read only status or need to be rebooted.  Our engineers are working on this issue.

  • Shared Phone Support – Resolved

    We are currently experiencing issues with the phone system within our shared support offices. The vendor has been contacted and we are working to restore these services as soon as possible. Updates will be provided as they become available.

  • Intermittent Outages in Chat – Resolved

    We are currently experiencing intermittent outages with our Shared and Advanced support chat.  We have contacted our provider who is looking into the issues Until then, our ticket system and phone support are both available for issue resolution.

  • Suspected issue with .Net on CP8 – Resolved

    We have found an issue with .Net service on control panel 8.  At the moment it won’t allow you to change .Net version or switch between application pools.  Our system administrators are investigating this issue and do everything possible to resolve it at earliest.

  • Multiple IIS Servers are down – Resolved

    The blade, A11-1-03, which serves several shared windows servers unexpectedly rebooted itself. IIS servers attached to that blade went offline when it rebooted.     Currently at this time we are experiencing issues with inbound calls to our support lines. We have contacted our service provider and currently working on resolving this issue.   • Inbound Shared and Cloud Support Phone Lines Down – Resolved

  • Restart of Cloud Management Services – Resolved

    Some customers have reported problems when creating new VMs on the CloudByIX Webhosting panel and in an attempt to resolve this issue we will be restarting the back-end Cloud Management Services that handle this portion of the panel. We do not expect any downtime on existing VMs or the management panel itself during this reboot.

    Our administrators have found an issue with the server and will be performing maintenance. Currently the server is under File System Check(FSCK).
