			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our datacenter is located in Columbus Ohio, which is currently   experiencing a Winter Storm Warning.  At the time of this post, the   local power company is reporting ~50,000 customers without power.  A   large number of commercial power customers are also down.</p>
<p>We do  have Battery UPS and Diesel Generators available in the event  we loose  commercial power.  The generators are currently running on  standby in  the event of a power outage.</p>
<p>We are posting this now, as in the  event of catastrophic failure of  power and generators, our datacenter  will go dark&#8211;including this  Status Blog.</p>
<p>As far as support is concerned:  As long as the  datacenter is live, tickets and chat will work.  If commercial power  goes out, we will loose our call center; phone support will be down.   An update will be posted here and an emergency message will be added to the  phone IVR should this occur.</p>
