CP9 Mail and Database Server Maintenance

Starting around 10PM EST on Monday, February 20th we will be performing minor maintenance on all CP9 mail and database servers. This maintenance window is expected to last until 7am EST on Tuesday, February 21st. If the maintenance does not finish in this time frame it will continue on Tuesday, February 21st at 10PM EST.

We will be adding more hard drive space to all CP9 mail and database and, as a result, each server will need to be rebooted. The expected downtime for each server is expected to last no longer than 10 to 15 minutes each.

Problem updating Credit Card information – Resolved

We are currently unable to process credit card charges, or update billing information. Customers will receive an error on trying to do either. Any changes attempted will not be saved.

web1004 – shared ip down: 173.83.98.2 down – Resolved

Our system administrators found irregular traffic on the our web1004 server related to our shared ip: 173.83.98.2. We’ve added a an hour filter to insure a healthy environment for the remainder of our clientele residing on web1004.

Issue appears to have resurfaced as of 06:45am. We’ve added a 4 hour filter.

CP9 Webserver Maintenance – Completed

Starting around 10PM EST on Friday, February 10th we will be performing minor maintenance on all CP9 webservers. This maintenance window is expected to last until 7am EST on Saturday, February 11th. We will be adding more hard drive space to all CP9 webservers and, as a result, each webserver will need to be rebooted. Cloud Services Slow – Resolved

We are currently experiencing some issues with our Cloud Services. We are noticing slow response times across a variety of services. Our systems administration is already aware of the issue and working on it.

We are currently experiencing a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack against our services. Our system admin team are currently reviewing this issue and look to have more information soon.

This DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack has also caused our 1-800-385-0450 to go offline.

Web1130 – Shared IP: 71.18.96.2 down – Resolved

Our admins found irregular traffic on the our web1130 server related to our shared ip: 71.18.96.2. We’ve added a an hour filter to insure a healthy environment for the remainder of our clientele residing on web1130. Issue has resurfaced at 1:28pm EST, we’ve added a 4 hour filter.

web1008 – Webshell issues – Resolved

Customers are currently unable to access Webshell (the web based file manager built into our control panel) on this server. Our administrators are working on this issue and will update as more information becomes available.

Webservices on this server are still functioning properly and there have been no changes to customer content.

mail1102 and mail302 servers also blocked by SpamCannibal

Through further research, we’ve found two additional mail servers that have been blocked by SpamCannibal: mail1102 and mail302. We’re working with SpamCannibal to resolve as soon as possible, but have not yet been able to remove from their blacklist.

New/Moved Domain Mail Issue – All CPs – Resolved

We are currently experiencing an error in which a script that configures the correct CNAME records is running slowly. Our system admins are currently working on fixing this issue.

web1419 Shared IP – Down – Resolved

The shared IP on our web1419 server has been blocked due to a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack.

To check your IP address:

Login to your account and click manage on your control panel.
Click the domains icon.
If a shared IP address is utilized, it will be displayed in the list.

web413 – Down – Resolved

We experienced some abnormal performance from this server earlier today and have begun to run a file scan check. We will keep status blogs updated as we learn more.
