We have received reports that customers calling IX on our phone lines are not able to connect. At this point we are aware of the problem and we are taking the appropriate steps to investigate and resolve. Please note our livechat and ticket systems are still functioning.

At 10PM EST, we will begin maintenance on mail302 to increase its memory. This should help with the load on the server. Mail will be gathered and then delivered once the server is brought back online. Outbound mail will not be possible during this time.
